TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF MOBILE APPLICATION

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of GeoLanes ("Application") provided by GeoLanes, LLC ("Company"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the Application.

Use of AI:

a. The Application may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies to enhance user experience. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the use of AI algorithms and functionalities.

b. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the AI features of the Application. You acknowledge and agree that the AI functionalities are subject to limitations and may not always be error-free.

Safe Driving:

a. The Application is not intended to be used while operating a vehicle. It is your responsibility to abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of mobile devices while driving.

b. You agree not to use the Application or interact with its features while driving or in any situation that may cause distractions, impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely, or violate applicable laws.

Designated Application User:

a. If the Application provides a designated user mode for driving purposes, you agree to activate and use the designated user mode while driving.

b. You acknowledge and understand that the designated user mode may limit certain features or functions of the Application to promote safe driving practices.

Dangerous Driving Conditions:

a. You agree not to use the Application in hazardous driving conditions, such as during severe weather, heavy traffic, or any situation where it may compromise your safety or the safety of others.

b. It is your responsibility to exercise judgment and use the Application responsibly in accordance with prevailing road and weather conditions.

Awareness of Surroundings:

a. You must remain aware of your surroundings and exercise caution at all times, regardless of the use of the Application.

b. The Application may provide information or notifications, but it does not replace your responsibility to maintain awareness of road conditions, traffic, pedestrians, and other potential hazards.

Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights related to the Application and its contents belong to the Company or its licensors. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application without prior written permission from the Company.

Limitation of Liability:

a. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use of the Application while driving.

b. The Application is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Modifications and Termination:

a. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.

b. The Company may update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.

Severability:

a. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the use of the Application and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
